Braised Lamb Shank, with Garlic Mash and Tender stem Broccoli Is there anything more delicious than lamb slow cooked in red wine and herbs, until the meat is so tender it melts in you mouth? I think not! I like my mash rustic; I also boil the potatoes with cloves of garlic for flavour. Whist I think I reduced the rosemary red wine sauce down a little too much, it was definitely packed with flavour. A hearty, affordable meal.
